SOPOREX

If anyone has any info that you can back up regarding the financial situation of IHP IHPII or Wiinmar. The billing the outstanding money ANYTHING !!!contact this woman LPaquette@bcylawyers.com she is the para-legal for the bankruptcy trustee regarding our case. Now is the time they need our help!!! they are getting limited to odd information from our good friends at headquarters in Dallas. Please no small tip is unimportant they need to pay for what happened to us please don't let them go unpunished.

I was an employee of Winmar/Soporex (sleep technician) until the email letter and phone calls announced the end of the companies and employment 8/20/08. I am confused by the lies, allocation of funds, dismissal of key individuals, promotion of Rick Sabolik by Steve Linehan all before the roof caved in......or did it? Interesting that liquidation took place on 8/21/08 with bankruptcy declared on 8/22/08.....hhhmmmm somebody walked away with some cash. Renee Fuchs stood up for the wrong she observed, her long time business partner Marcia Nelson did everything but support her and in the end Renee left the business she had started. Marcia Nelson has taken the role of victim and is trying to re-establish the company she was partly responsible for taking down, you should have had some backbone to stand up for what was right instead of agreeing with the corporate boneheads and stating your true feelings to us, your staff who had no power to do anything about the fall of this company. I am sure the corporate leaders with salaries ranging from 150,000 on up have little regard for those of us who worked deligenlty to continually line your pockets........I hope you can sleep at night.

Her's from the CURRENT Winmar Website:

OUR STORY

Winmar Diagnostics has been a wonderful adventure! The company was started over 13 years ago, with a vision, a dream, and a lot of passion. We are so thankful to have been able to make a difference in people's lives!

Our story began many years ago, when the original founders worked in a local hospital as Co-Coordinators of an Apnea Program. Ultimately, the hospital experienced downsizing, and the Apnea Program was affected. It was difficult to imagine not being able to do what we knew made a difference and we could not imagine that anyone could do it any better! As a result, Winmar was born.

Our contacts with various people in the Sleep Community led us to a gentleman who mentored us and created our vision. He pointed out our passion, and believed in what we were doing and could do. He worked with us to create a strategy to develop our own business. We started knocking on doors, and networking. Our phone started ringing, and things fell into place!

We are now in our 15th year in business, and we are now a Soporex Sleep Solutions company. We continue to have a passion for making a difference in our patient's lives, as well as the lives of the wonderful people that make up the Winmar Team!

Marcia Nelson, RT
VP, North Central Operations and Implementation

THEY AREN'T BANKRUPT!!! THEY'RE OPERATING IN FARGO. INVESTORS WANNA LINE UP TO GET YOUR MONIES BACK? WHAT A SCAM!!!

I don't understand how they can pull this part of the corporation out of bankruptcy with over 150 employees who lost wages, earned PTO, lost bonus', healthcare and the list goes on. The creditors who are out more money than we can imagine! I think we should attempt to recoop what has been lost to each employee. Does anyone know what is going on with Fargo based Winmar?

Wow! The lies just keep jumping out of the woodwork. It's funny, we were told in the Pharmacy, that Sleep Solutions was the dead weight, and the reason for the bankruptcy. The Sleep people were told the Pharmacy was the dead weight and the reason. All the while, we were depositing huge amounts daily in the cash vault, and interestingly enough, someone that was recently "promoted" signed a contract stating the money could be drained from the account by the bank, leaving nothing for operations to survive on. Sounds like a scandalous novel to me. I sure hope an Investor with enough money left over hires a really good investigator and puts these guys behind bars where they belong. What they have done to our families, leaving us with no health insurance, yet they took it out of our paychecks!!! Where did that money go, eh? What crooks.... Surely to God, somebody with enough money to fight them will step forward and rip them to shreds.

All I know is gossip but it appears that Winman is alive and well (maybe not well) while the rest of us (pharmacy) are out of work. I don't understand how this happens when a corporation files Chaper 7 which I thought was liquidatiion and selling off assets to pay creditors. How does one piece continue in business while the other gets obliterated? How is it that Marcia Nelson is still in business while the whole pharmacy staff is out looking for jobs and has no health insurance? Does it have anything to do with Mr. Linehan being from North Dakota (I think) and has a ranch up there? Are his local buddies being taken care of while the rest of us are busy signing up for food stamps? Sure makes you wonder.

Does anyone out there have solid information regarding Winmar? I would also be interested to know if investors, creditors or employees can then file suit against Winmar to try and retain lost funds. I would appreciate andy solid information, or a contact.

I have known Mr. Linehan a long time, nearly 23 years. I know that he has been very successful at every health care venture he's been involved with. This bankruptcy has me completely baffled, especially when i read about money being unaccounted for...that doesn't sound like the Linehan that I know. But my concern is not as an employee, but as an investor. I put up nearly 100 grand to initially help fund Soporex as a SLEEP studies company. The meds and respiratory stuff came later. But what really concerns me is that an investor and part owner (to some small degree), i had absolutely zero idea all this was going down. I have talked to mr. Linehan last week, but have not heard from Mr. Sabolick at all. Calls are not being returned. If anyone knows anything else, i would love to hear from you...nasdaq4156@hotmail.com.
Thank you.

Does anyone know why Winmar has not "ceased all operations"???

Winmar has ceased all operations. What's going on here in Fargo is that Marcia Nelson along with a couple of sleep docs formed a new company that is working with the bankruptcy trustee tending to "patient care" issues. I'm not sure how they are doing their studies or supplying CPAP supply patients but it seems that they are. Who knows what's next.

Maybe this isn't the same Steve Linehan that you have known for 23 years. People change suprising all of us from time to time.

The physicians Marcia is working with are not sleep docs, one is an EENT who is not board certified, the other investor is an oteologist. I can assure you Marcia Nelson's primary concern is not patient care. I have known and worked with Marcia on an upper management level through Soporex, her motives are not patient driven. As an investor I need to obtain information in pursuing "Winmar" for monies lost.

Winmar is up and running. The employees that are dumb enough to have come back got no gaurantees, they will never see the pay or PTO they lost when the bankruptcy was anounced. These scumbags that ran it into the ground will do it again. I just hope they lose all their accounts now and the techs they have STILL continue to filter out to secure healthcare jobs very soon . Screw WINMAR!

If anyone would like to read how Winmar is still operating e-mail me soporextruth@yahoo.com and I will be happy to forward you the official court transcript & notice. I couldn't get it to post to th site or I would have posted it publicly.

How sad that Marcia Nelson is trying to capitalize on the Soporex/IHP/Winmar bankruptcy which devastated investors, employees and families, but first and foremost the impact on the patients and partners who relied on upfront honesty. Is it not enough that both Marcia and her previous business partner were paid approximately 3 million each upon the Soporex purchase of Winmar? Marcia acts as though she is the victim who lost her business. The employees, investors and creditors are the financial losers. Marcia's actions are shameful and selfish.

Yes Ladies and Gentlemen, Marcia Nelson is screwing us ALL again. Her claim is she bought back Winmar thats what she's telling patients. Hospitals are being told it's restructuring. She has 60-90 days to make it work per the bank. She is going around lying to patients and hospitals who are NO LONGER UNDER CONTRACT because of the banruptcy. Let me tell you lying to people is one of Ms Nelson's strengths. She can look you in the eye, lye to you and not even blink. So in conclusion investors better line up now because with the major contracts that she has lost...the cash cow is only there for 60-90 days. Or before she cooks the books.

There are absolutely no WINMAR operations. Winmar is no more.

Per the Federal Bankruptcy Trustee, former Winmar heads have now created a company called "Sleep Wellness Solutions, INC" . They show Mathew T. Frisk as their President of SWS. I believe he was the medical director for Winmar.

Per the public record documents I have obtained, SWS has the trustee's authority to use all of Winmar's assets to service all remaining contracts with their contraced hospitals for sleep studies. In doing this, They also get up to 60 days to perform to the trustee's liking and then a value may be put on Winmar for a possible sale and those sale monies, if any, go to the Bankruptcy Trustee for Supporex to pay creditors. During this 60 day window, SWS gets 50% of net profits if they have profits over $50,000 per 30 day period. The other 50% of SWS net profit for doing Winmar's work goes to the Trustee for the Soporex Bankruptcy.

The Empoyees are being kept in the extreme dark and were called off unemployment and back to work by being told that Winmar was still their employer and the courts allowed Winmar to restart operations. This is a lie. Soporex Filed a Chapter 7, this is not the type that allows for re-organization. The Winmar/ Soporex names go down for good with a Chapter 7.

If these SWS people fail at their big plan, this will be just a last ditch, 60 day money grab like the other post said......and all employees of the new company (SWS) would be unemployed again by Thanksgiving. How nice!

If Marsha had a decent bone in her body she would cut checks immediately for the 3 weeks that employees of Winmar never got paid and/ or were not working because of her greed in the first place.

All Contracts with Winmar for service are now not in effect since Winmar cannot perform. SWS is trying to ease the pain and get a pocket full of cash in the process.

Alright folks it gets better. Marcia Nelson is traveling around Minnesota stating "IHP went bankrupt NOT Winmar." Someone needs to stop this lady from lying anymore. We investors need to find the truth while we lose our money...she is trying to use our money to make herself money. Time to band together and get to the bottom of this.

It wasn't Fargo, it wasn't Dallas, and it wasn't Kentucky. It was the big wigs taking the whole thing for a ride to cash out through a scheme. If you google it, they have done it before and they will probably try again because it seems to make Steve rich. Now pull up your boot straps, find a new job, learn to be more cautious, and most of all there are people out there who are really suffering. A lot of the population would trade places with you because you make more on unemployment than minimum wage people make going to work! I personally hope the people in Fargo can make a go of it.
Good for them not just laying down after getting screwed.
