SOPOREX

It wasn't Fargo, it wasn't Dallas, and it wasn't Kentucky. It was the big wigs taking the whole thing for a ride to cash out through a scheme. If you google it, they have done it before and they will probably try again because it seems to make Steve rich. Now pull up your boot straps, find a new job, learn to be more cautious, and most of all there are people out there who are really suffering. A lot of the population would trade places with you because you make more on unemployment than minimum wage people make going to work! I personally hope the people in Fargo can make a go of it.
Good for them not just laying down after getting screwed.

I hope for each employee a better job than they had previously with Soporex. I don't believe Marcia was a victim, she received a very large sum of money for the sale of Winmar to Soporex and has been less than honest with all involved.

Pull up our boot straps!!! HUH????? What an heartless statement. Many of us have worked for minimum wage before, and I, after a 25 year career in this business and long overtime hours, worked my way up the ladder, and luckily didn't have to stay on minimum wage. From the way you speak of unemployment, I hope you give it a whirl soon, it's no picnic!!! Some of us gave up long careers to go to work for a great man in Murray, and will now stand to lose everything we have worked for because THERE ARE NO JOBS unless we move!!!! Do you not watch the news, or are you one of the lipstick wearing pitbull Republicans? We ARE looking desperately for work, and pulling up our bootstraps, tightening our belts, suspenders, girdles, and everything else we can tighten up just to survive. And for the record, I can guarantee the caliber of people that worked here in Murray, there is not a single person here that is ust "laying around after getting screwed".

How sad that Marcia Nelson is trying to capitalize on the Soporex/IHP/Winmar bankruptcy which devastated investors, employees and families, but first and foremost the impact on the patients and partners who relied on upfront honesty. Is it not enough that both Marcia and her previous business partner were paid approximately 3 million each upon the Soporex purchase of Winmar? Marcia acts as though she is the victim who lost her business. The employees, investors and creditors are the financial losers. Marcia's actions are shameful and selfish.

What I have to wonder is why the pharmacy was not afforded the same apparent opportunity to continue to operate under the Court's order and provide medications for its patients? I have to believe that the pharmacy patients were just or maybe more important from a "patient care" aspect as the sleep operation patients. Why did Mr. Solblik who was "in charge" not work toward trying to get this done? I have done some research on Mr. Solboik and find that he is on the board of directors of a Dallas based publicly held company and heads up the audit committee. One would think that he or our legal people would have tried to work out continued operations until either a sale of the pharmacy or its assets would come about. I think they didn't because they knew they were toast anyway no matter what happened to the pharmacy operation. I have to believe that there might have been people come forward to provide the necessary capital to keep the pharmacy operating and serving patients under this scenario. I also believe that if you pulled away all of the home office costs and costs of failed sleep initiatives, the pharmacy would have been very attractive as a stand alone going enterprise.

I was told, that the overhead in Dallas for the 8 employees that worked there was close to half a million a month!!! What could they possibly have done there that had that high of overhead costs? Sounds like milking the company for all it was worth might have been the demise, and it was done by very clever individuals who knew exactly what they were doing. Hopefully the Investors will press the issue and uncover their real actions.

These same folks that sold the (Winmar) employees down river are asking for the employees help and trust so they can rebuild the burned bridges with their service contracts. This new SWS company helps to make that possible.

Without the employees, the new company (SWS) will fail miserably as well. We have one thing going for the employees and that is that we can band together and demand facts, answers and some retribution for monies lost while Soporex/Winmar went spiraling into bankruptcy.

If Marsha had a decent bone in her body she would cut checks immediately for the 3 weeks that employees of Winmar never got paid and/ or were not working because of her greed in the first place. She would call a conference call with all employees and explain the facts of her plan and give the employees some answers and reason to stay with her in this attempt by her to get back in the buisness of owning a sleep wellness company. She couldn't even tell anyone we were not working for Winmar, nobody heard of SWS until the bankruptcy papers were retrieved and reported online.

If nothing positive comes from Marsha in a couple days, I will send all of the information I have collected to date, to every Winmar account as well as all of those competing for Winmars contracts, just to shed some light on the subject from a bigger influence than my small voice.

Please, employees working for Marsha again now- Do something ! You should be getting straight answers from SWS (Marsha and gang) or else you might as well all quit and just let her fail like she allowed the ball to be dropped on all of us three weeks ago. Why work to make her more wealthy while we have not been paid for the 3 weeks of no work or 2 weeks of no work and 1 week we did work and got screwed out of?

She could make it right with a couple strokes of the pen in her fat old checkbook. Call it a signing bonus and wright it off Marsha! Your employees are hurting and we are who make you rich so get it right and make things right with all of us.

I have to respond to this dumbass are you on crack? Or are you blind, deaf & dumb? We lost 84,000. jobs in this country in the month of August alone. There's not one of us who worked for this bunch of idiots who are just laying back with our thumbs up our ass. Which kinda makes me wonder do you work for Rotech? Grow up our people on the ground here in Kentucky were'nt just pretty good we were the best at what we did. I think those employees up in Dakota weren't slackers either. We were lied to & screwed over no way are we going to just say srew us over & get away with it. And just so you know there genius our unemployment runs out in six months & we're paying health insurance out of pocket and struggling to eat. So suck on that.

google Mr Linehan and Sabolik. They have done this before and their excuses are earily familiar to when Rotech went under. They blame the medicare reimbursements dropping and the markets not being what they were, ets.....Scumbags and they will get theirs, but for now...........they got all of the employees right where America wants the working class - waiting on the next check! America - land of the free (to get screwed by well connected white collar thieves, some who are even running the country).

There are googled pages that date back to all these companies and more who mostly are no longer in buisness and these two guys had their mitts on em.

So that's great news for anyone in Wisconsin?

I see lots of employees are on the run for other employment opportunities.

My company alone has several applications from current Winmar people. We will hire some of them very soon.

It's a matter of time.

SWS INC. will not survive.

It sounds like someone took the bull by the horns in Fargo and put the employees back to work. It seems like the employees in Fargo are pretty loyal to that new SWS owner. I heard he put up a lot of his own money and mortgaged his house to get these employees working. I hope it works for this guy. From what I heard, he is a pretty caring guy.

The employees are being lied to and not being told the truth by anyone in Fargo and very few of them even know who this guy is. SWS has no loyal employees that I know of, other than those in the inner circle. I bet they fail before the 60 days myself.

The last few posts sound like a disgruntled employee who was probably let go from Winmar. Now they have to hide behind anonymous posts on a message board. I am sure that Winmar is going to be just fine on their own. They were before and only ran into problems once acquired by Soporex.

Caring Guy? If hes associated with Marcia Nelson he can't be.

Too bad Marsha and Rene did not know to google these two guys before they sold their employees down the river, or maybe they did google them and just thought of the cash.

Nice to see we have some SWS management in here now too. That took longer than I would have thought.

As a hospital admin. that has been contacted by Ms Nelson here is what I can tell you. She claims that her contracts are still valid. Our legal staff said'No in the bankruptcy all contracts were null and void." Additionally she no longer has provider status with many insurance companies because of the bankruptcy and again those contracts were also cancelled. They will attempt to bill the patients privately for their dme equipment. Honestly this company has been poorly run for years with poor customer service and poorer success with their psg's. Our patients had to be retitrated and thus double billed well over 60% of the time. I feel horrible for those employees in Fargo this affects but we are moving on.

To the employees of IHP and Winmar: I am so sorry to hear about the damage done to your companies by the mis-management of the Soporex people. It is tragic that two companies that were so strong and self sufficient were run into the ground by that people that knew nothing about either business. Promises were made by Soporex to expand and build operations. This never happened as the top dogs at Soporex could not keep the focus on anything long enough to follow it through. This has resulted in many jobs lost. Fortunately for some there has been a ruling by the bankruptcy trustee to allow Winmar to continue to operate. In the trustees word, Soporex is out of business, Winmar is not. Winmar is in business. Many have been affected by this situation. Please stop bashing and start healing. I hope only for the best for all people and families affected.
