I just heard from one of my old Renal co-workers about the zemplar capsules conference call. I'm glad that all the reps will be reabsorbed some other place within AbbVie. I'm surprised they kept the Salesforce as long as they did. They never made a sales goal and then usually never hit the revised goal. Todd's retiring? All the best to everyone except a couple of those loser DM's. Yes you know who you are :)
 




















That DM in Cali is a stud...SX. That guy beat the crap out of so many Renal reps and got the most out of his team. Also got rid of many lazy reps. I'm sure he will land somewhere in Abbvie and kick more a**.
 


That Zemplar DM in Cali is the most abusive, condescending and disparaging DM I have seen in 20 years at Abbott. I hope Abbvie can see that his militaristic style only intimidates the people he needs to be empowering. He has destroyed numerous careers of very capable and successful reps. Check his HR file. Scary.

That DM is a total TOOL & a bully if he had any skills he would of left that sinking ship sooner than now. A "Stud" would have had opportunities before now and anyone with a brain woud of left before now

It has amazed me that Abbvie hasn't gotten rid of that guy a long time ago due to his HR file that is bulging with complaints. The Renal higher ups have been covering his back, but those days are coming to an end. The end of Renal Capsules in December marks the end of a sad era in Abbott/Abbvie's history.
