Alcon 'leadership': Like it wasn't enough ripping off customers, their mismanagement has put their budgets in the red and now they are ripping off their own staff at any given opportunity.
Of course! What were you expecting? This is not a legit company. Just be glad you haven't been made redundant.

Not worried about being made redundant. I m looking to get out of this circus - and leave it to those who continue to 'truly believe' in Alcon's laughable 'values and behaviors'
Once you leave the big "A" you realise how much better life is. No more bullying, no more unrealistic expectations or budgets, no more dealing with F*wits who would eat their own young to get to the top and protect their own interests.
Getting made redundant is a true blessing! If you get the tap, think of it as a blessing and a "get out of jail free card" and find a new and better place to work.
