JAZZ reps coming over need company cars or a HUGE increase in base salary just to make it a lateral move. Many people will leave as buying a car in this market is ridiculous and 550 a month car allowance is a huge step backward. Couldn’t agree more! Probably cheaper for Axsome to acquire our fleet contract anyway! Maybe Big Bruce could throw that in as a a freebie considering we are obviously just a “sale item” to him! Glad to join Axsome and get away from his highly liberal rhetoric that he shoved down everyone’s throat every Monday from his living room in a worn out shirt.

Idk, this company was started by big boy Bruce’s liberal buddy from Yale. Headquartered in ultra liberal NYC. Let’s see what happens here.
 


Wow $500 car allowance? I thought avg today was around 800-900.
10 years ago I had a contract primary gig that paid me $600 car allowance. And not pretax

How is this company stock keep going up with an overinflated market?
 


It’s my understanding that the $500-550 car allowance is a grossed-up number, so no taxes. Which just about equals out to $800-900 pre-taxed allowance. I’m not supporting it at all, just clarifying it.

Anyone have insight on the PTO offered?

Yes yes yes, forget the fleet car debate. I'm waiting to see who is hired at the highest levels. All the assets resemble Merck a decade ago, they should be recruiting from there, where staffers are trained to commercialize, socialize, and never apologize.
 








Migraine will be separate from Depression. Doesn’t make any business sense to have 3 sales force especially since call points for Sunosi are so similar to psychs and neurologists. Sunosi doesn’t belong in psych offices…at least not yet……, so my guess is Sunosi and migraine will combine.
 














This company clearly has no idea what the fuck it is doing. Two drug launches in a year along with Sunosi acquisition and extremely limited infrastructure in place. Clearly has been little to no launch planning and limited capital to fund it.

This is, putting it as nicely as I can, ignorant.

The Jazz people weren’t laid off. They were given the choice weather to come to Axsome.
Sunosi acquisition makes perfect sense for entry into sleep until AXS-12 is launched. Incidentally- Jazz approached Axsome about the sale.
The infrastructure is more than fine. The extra time 05 was given means all phases of launch are ready upon approval. Migraine team being assembled now for April approval, June 1 launch. Very standard.
Company has funding in place to operate-without any revenue being generated and no secondary stock offerings- through 2024 at least.

Believe what you want if it makes you feel like you know something. But bitterness and ignorance are not attractive qualities.

I agree with everything you said, except for the Jazz part. Everyone in the Sunosi division was terminated from Jazz. One half were given a severance package, and the other half were given the choice to transition to Axsome by the end of April, but only had 3 days to decide. And if they didn’t choose to come over, they would be laid off but wouldn’t get severance benefits.
