The idiots in charge are making big changes to a few different sites. They will be profiting BIG from the ending result. Major layoffs POSSIBLE afterwards if they don't see numbers in their favor.
 




There are pathetic bullies here. I know of a few people who were quiet and peaceful when they started, then quit with anxiety. It's hard to believe not one K.O. or beating has happened. Looks like people can control their urges. It's as if someone finds a way to be content and happy, and the bags of douches MUST get a reaction from you.
 


Never tell people with authority that there's a problem with fellow coworkers. There is NEVER proof. No witnesses. It's like they want you to take it into your own hands and deal with it your way. So they can fire multiple people if it comes to it. It's a game of entertainment to them. I learned about the corruption between my AO and coach from years ago. They always got each other's backs. Nobody else matters.

So here we go again. Militant leaders. How did that work for everyone 4 years ago Utica? Seems as if you (Utica and the board of directors) have a plan to make this company fail and then sell at the expense of share holders. How many X Stryker employees do we have on site now?????? Beatings happen, you must not be very social. Everyone was talking about the 3'rd and 1'st shift crossover guys in PMO over a year ago. They kept saying things to agitate one another, and one just lost their temper and punch the other guy in the face repeatedly. Both were fired, but I wonder why supervisors didn't do enough to prevent it???

the ao has too much power (influence)

I say that out loud in meetings, because my area snitcher already rats me out every other day over insignificant trivial things, I don't care, nobody does. They aren't getting rid of the tattle tale position just yet. The lazy supervisors like to do the least amount of work, while getting their bonuses.

Look, all of you whiney ass pussies just need to leave the building. This is your choice for income now. Many employees see a value in working at Conmed. Yes they have had management turnover at a higher than industry average in all factories. Hopefully they will at some point get it right. If you are competent in your position and play by the rules you will be fine. Show up, support your co-workers and be the best you can be.
