Nothing has changed in 2023 he is one of a kind. “Hi Me” is his motto. I know it all and everyone else doesn’t matter.

If you think things are well you are wrong. “Hi Me” is a corporate bully. Some of us are shopping and hope to move on. His behaviors should be no secret to anyone at any level. I’m sorry we are not worth you taking appropriate action.

I’ve never met an individual who loves the sound of his voice the way “hi me” does. You have to be around him to witness it.
 


The word on the street is that “hi me” is currently pouting. I wonder if leadership are aware on how he throws them under the bus on a regular basis. TBMs talk “hi me”. We have accurate information. Stop trying to be the smartest person in the room or during our region calls. Some of us have great ideas if you would just shut up!
 


This has been a consistent pattern his entire career. That’s why he was separated from previous organizations. You would think “hi me” would learn by now. No self awareness at all and he has no intent of changing. At the end of the day everyone is wrong and he is right.

People leave bosses not organizations. Remember that. In this case “hi me” is a very poor leader. Do something about it or history will continue to repeat itself.
 


I do not understand how he is still here. Why he hasn’t been made to improve his style and coaching. He is a bully and rude. I feel for the people that are unlucky enough to have to report to him and even the management team that has to work closely with him. After his outrageous, insulting and condescending behavior at the NSM, you would think something would be done. He does not attempt to hide the poor behavior and insults people in front of the room filled with people. It is embarrassing!

And there will be many excellent field people that leave and people that will make great managers upon expansion but do not want to work with him! It is truly sad that HR, Drk and LR allow this to continue. This constant bad behavior would not be allowed in middle school by children! I would be very surprised if there was never a report filed complaining about him, but the fact that nothing is done and people must suffer is so unfair. It now affects multiple teams. Those that report to him- please know that others feel for you and know that you deserve better. I cannot imagine the stress and anxiety that may he must unnecessarily put onto you.

“Hi Me” has been exposed. He hides under the theme of he has high standards. Believe me everyone knows who he is. A corporate bully! The ghost of the past, present and current
teams that he works with at every level validate this. He is a now a joke. So don’t you worry he will get what he deserves and it won’t be a promotion.

This company is not employee friendly. They promote and retain the wrong people. There is another mgr who has high attrition but nothing will be done about him either. The company puts on a good front of pretending to be inclusive, but at the end of the day, they’re just another good ole boys club with their army of women who act just like them.

Folks this is what you are dealing with:

An individual who is self-centered, arrogant in thinking and behavior, lack of empathy and consideration for other people with an excessive need for admiration. He is cocky, manipulative, selfish, patronizing, and demanding. A legend in his own mind because he is not as good as he thinks. He is not going anywhere so my recommendation is you call him out when he acts out, report him to HR and speak to Sr. Leadership.
 


I think Hi Mee is still here because like the other comment said, leadership knows and doesn't care. We are a small company. Are you going to tell me LR doesn't know about this? DD is the one who keeps him around.

Enough is is enough. You have a problem and all of us are paying the price. Just ask across any team this individual works with and you will hear a consistent theme. It’s difficult to work for an individual who nobody trusts. He has his own agenda and knows exactly what he is doing. His level of professionalism is an embarrassment to our teams. He talks about everyone behind their backs including you. This is just not acceptable behavior.

JD is just following the old Sanofi playbook. They needed female leadership on paper for contracts so they elevated a bunch of Director roles to VP level, but not leadership team level. All but a few were barely Director level talent.
