Company car medical exception?

What kind of medical exceptions and documentation will get me the larger company car with out having to pay the additional $300
Hi this is Bruce from fleet. Unless your an Ebony basketball player Kindly forward several pictures of your meatus for evaluation. We have stricked requrements to grant exceptions.

That's because chiropractors aren't real doctors.
Wrong, they accepted my Chiropractic Dr notes and sent me to an Occupational Therapist that then measured me and then measured me in the standard vehicle - got upgraded within two weeks into a rental while they searched their fleet for a new ride.

Low back pain
For this do you document low back pain and the smaller vehicle and long drives cause persistent back pain? Radiology reports will physical cause but how do you document low back pain due to poor lumbar support and not comfortable seat. If I have a big territory and driving 4-5 hours i need a vehicle that is comfortable

Either way chiropractors are a sham. They aren't doctors, they don't have any type of legitimate examination board, they don't have medical training, and they cause significant harm to plenty of their 'patients'. Just because the idiots in the home office accepted their note doesn't make them medical professionals.

Well, I can see your prejudice. It exudes from your every pore. Esch State has their own monitoring and evaluations of Chiropractors. You must be where there is none. Shame. I know mine had helped me dramatically improve my back issues when the cornucopia of specialists (Ortho, Neuro, all the VA morons and the like) all wanted to cut on me to "solve" my issues. Three visits and voila! I have not had issues. I saw her for another 6 months after and now just periodic adjustments.

So, maybe I am the exception, but, I am fixed and had not surgery in the five years since I have been seeing her.

I went to a chiropractor once. They had a booth at my gym and I thought I'd give it a shot. I had to attend an initial talk by the husband and wife team before my first "adjustment". They claimed they could cure otitis media, UTIs and other infections by correcting alignments to my spine. I left.

There may be good ones, but my n of one ruined it.

Have you thought of losing some weight? Chomping on those Abbvie catered lunches will add the fat pounds.

Just another case of reps trying to scam our company
Our company is scamming us! Crap cars and we still have to pay for them monthly and get taxes on the POS? We don’t even own them. The options currently and for awhile have been so poor. This is our mobile office and there is no consideration from top down regarding this.

It's a simple ergonomic assessment with measurement. If you're a decent sized human being you will probably be approved because the economy size cars AbbVie uses are very small and uncomfortable. Drive 5-6 hours in an escape/rav4 if you're over 6' and then get out and try to stand up straight. It's another Abbvie cost cutting measure with hoops to jump through if you want something decent and more appropriate.

Either they get vehicles that fit humans for the amount they drive - or simply pay the leave/sick days/medical insurance increases due to those clown cars... Don't be short sighted.

When I was there I had an exception. Had to get an MRI and read radiologist for my Ascent. I work for a smaller company now and the Aecent 2024 is the company car for $100 month. Such BS at the Abbvie.
