Is Rare Disease a good place to be?

It’s rough. Think twice about it. Totally Micro managed. 100%
Both VPs for Commercial and Medical are just terrible. One has been there forever and micromanages every single aspect of the business down to the patient level and the other has no idea what’s going on. Both are compliance nightmares and putting the entire organization at risk. No one can understand why they’re still there.

Think again.Home office leadership is at an all time low! They are not equipped for RARE DISEASE. Absolutely clueless with unreasonable goals and expectations. It’s really bad.

Exactly. It won’t be long before this business gets divested. Rare disease at NN is over. Just adds unnecessary complexity.

It is a toxic and the culture is horrible.100% complete micro management. Ask anyone! The LT killed Rare Disease. I’ve been here for 8 years and I am actively looking to leave due to leadership. It’s a real bummer because it was a really good place to be.

I love Rare Disease especially the products and patients we help But it is so micro managed. Home office is clueless and they impede our success. Leadership has no idea and the stress level is impossible. It is not Rare Disease.

Hell No! I would stay away. RBD is a mess, RED is underperforming, and leadership is clueless on Rare Renal. Absolutely unrealistic goals with a home office buried in metrics which has nothing to do with RARE! It is horrible and a rough environment
