Esperion had the post about the lawsuits deleted. I guess they don’t want anyone to know that there are two pending lawsuits against them for FMLA violations.
Have you ever worked at a different pharma company? Or are you that 20 year old ON hired so she has one employee that obeys? This is not true. Many managers have reps who will follow them. It is a financial risk to completely turn over a team. A good leader can coach reps to improve. I have heard from her team that Olivias way was her way or the highway. Never have a different opinion!!! That makes for a toxic environment and manager. You sound like an ex disgruntled employee! But good luck to you!
Normally new managers have a team that’s completely turned over
Are you going through the Scientific Hiring ? Read the earliest post on ESPR.I am researching the company to see if I would be a good fit. I do not read this as a good comment. If someone called me “not that bad” I would find that rather insulting. It is like saying…she is fine enough. If it was fair and balanced a manager who has a mediocre rating at best then I don’t think those high expectations are warranted. I am going to apply for the position just so I can meet this manager! I am too curious to not .
What a joke post. Please re-read.I don't like these comments about a individual broadcasted on the internet. No one knows someones past, what they have gone through and the pressures she may be receiving from management. Not everyone handles things perfectly and need growth, we all do. I do not know this manager well but can everyone try to be the bigger people and show grace. Lets pray she learns from this if it of absolute truth and lets pray the others find careers or companies they love. Things always happen just how they are supposed to. I guess I feel for all involved. I was not even going to comment but messing with livelihoods is wrong. Those who were let go unjustly and those perhaps to point fingers at. I imagine HR is involved and hopefully they take this seriously to really access the damages done on all sides.
Was she a Scientific Hire. Which created a Highly Tenured Customer Facing Team . What a joke of a culture this created.Olivia Nesselroad has to go down as one of Esperion’s worst hires.
HR. Never " protects " employees. Look who they report to.HR dropped the ball on multiple ends. It’s their job to protect employees. Not to try to sweep toxic managers under the rug to save face.
Curious what this scientific hiring is all about? Was she a Scientific Hire. Which created a Highly Tenured Customer Facing Team . What a joke of a culture this created.
Agreed. I almost spit my tea out when M got on stage and showed us how to put samples on a drs office desk. No sir, my doctors would not go for being talked to like thatI LOVE Ish!! He goes to bat for us ALL THE TIME! Why the heck would she talk bad about Ish?
I wish he’d get Eric’s job, tbh. It would be nice to have someone in charge of commercial who has a clue how to sell in this century.
Read the earliest posts when ESPR was hiring a sales force.Curious what this scientific hiring is all about?
I just don’t see that in her, She’s actually very sweet once you get to know her. Tough but fair is how to characterize her. People need to know where they stand, and she will let them know. It’s a breath of fresh air to hear what you need to hear to improve instead of a bunch of false platitudes.
Who said something bad about Ish? I like him too. What was stated is “How is he handling this?” I assumed they meant Olivia. I do not think anyone was saying anything bad. The person above said “say what you want about Ish”Say what you will about Ish, but he has evolved as he’s settled into the role. I absolutely hated him when he started. He was an arrogant prick with no job/personal life boundaries. I’ve seen him change. Maybe something in his personal life gave him a reality check. I can not imagine the more mature Ish allowing this to destroy his team and culture.
Ish, if you’re reading this, go fix it. The rest of your teams are watching how this is handled. No new mothers should ever be subject to this bull crap.
Both seemingly are fine good people who strive for perfection, what’s wrong with that? We need more people on board that possess the same qualities. Higher expectations are needed to match our opportunities with our potential for vastly improved results.Who said something bad about Ish? I like him too. I think where she went wrong was striving for perfection. No one is perfect and it is ok! I think that makes for a good culture. She clearly is not perfect…her office etiquette was rather offensive to those working. Both seemingly are fine good people who strive for perfection, what’s wrong with that? I work for her and it’s not just her office etiquette, she makes us all feel like we are not good enough. We are all scared to tell her when we are taking our PTO (rightfully so, look at the people who took leave for having children). She makes anyone who takes PTO feel lesser about themselves. Offices do not like her because they do not have to pretend like we all do. I’ve had multiple offices make comments about her. I cannot believe she is still at the company.I think where she went wrong was striving for perfection. No one is perfect and it is ok! I think that makes for a good culture. She’s good, a couple of malcontent slackers have tried to throw her under the bus, but her leadership and associated high expectations will prevail over time. Frankly, she’s setting the tone for the future of the regionals, higher expectations that lead to better results.Any updates on this manager? Are we going to see her in Orlando?
This is everything she is not. Hilarious. Is this AI talking? She is anything but a culture of healthy work-life balance. She shared at our POA meeting…her quote exactly “Unless you are bleeding work work work”. Not looking forward to my next field ride. Hopefully I am gone by then. You have to remember regionals have many more responsibilities besides field rides. She strives to complete all of her responsibilities while also projecting a culture of healthy work-life balance.
