Toxic Manager Alert

Lazy reps? One rep she fired won NexLevel club 6 months prior… all he did wrong was take paternity leave and take care of his baby hahaha
I hate this mangement where is activist investor throw out Sheldon!!! Drug is great data is great Sheldon picks the worse time and price to dilution. I love how he has no accountability. Public share holders meeting you lying coward !!!

She’s really not that bad actually a very good person that has super high expectations. What’s wrong with that? There was a lot of work that needed to be done to clean up that district and it’s coming along quite nicely.
I am researching the company to see if I would be a good fit. I do not read this as a good comment. If someone called me “not that bad” I would find that rather insulting. It is like saying…she is fine enough. If it was fair and balanced a manager who has a mediocre rating at best then I don’t think those high expectations are warranted. I am going to apply for the position just so I can meet this manager! I am too curious to not .

This lady is NIT my manager, but no wonder there is an insane amount of turnover, because this company is awful. The ONLY thing that has kept me here is my manager. They are excellent and offset corporate toxicity. Having to deal with both a shit manager AND company would be too much

Source: just look at the stock

This sounds like a current employee or the manager that this post is about LOL! Because none of the managers even like Olivia. She had 2 people that she hired leave because she’s so terrible LOL! Goes to show the company’s culture.. again!
This company had a big expansion and she’s the only manager that has had this big of turn over plus 2 pending lawsuits against her. Manager of the year.
Are they still doing the Scientific Hiring Process at ESPR ?
Remember the Scientifically Hired Highly Tenured Customer Facing Team and Lipid Trained Experts was how this whole mess started.

All of the managers were talking about her at the POA down at the bar Wednesday night. I heard she’s on her way out but my friend works for her and says it is absolutely miserable. Total control freak on a power trip. They should have hired the TM that applied for the position instead of her. He’s much more knowledgeable and manager material
Let me guess… you’re the TM that applied

A good manager can coach all kinds of people.. sounds like everyone was happy with the previous manager.. she seems to be the center of the issues
I don't like these comments about a individual broadcasted on the internet. No one knows someones past, what they have gone through and the pressures she may be receiving from management. Not everyone handles things perfectly and need growth, we all do. I do not know this manager well but can everyone try to be the bigger people and show grace. Lets pray she learns from this if it of absolute truth and lets pray the others find careers or companies they love. Things always happen just how they are supposed to. I guess I feel for all involved. I was not even going to comment but messing with livelihoods is wrong. Those who were let go unjustly and those perhaps to point fingers at. I imagine HR is involved and hopefully they take this seriously to really access the damages done on all sides.

IMO HR is a little to blame in this. They really dropped the ball

Is Sheldon writing this after stealing shares and diluting shares at bottom low prices and not able to ramp up sales anywhere near to the levels that have been promised.

Another example of a shitty hire. When will Esperion finally stop being a boileroom?

I just left the company and after hearing all of this stuff with two different employees being treated so horrible after taking maternity leave I’m so glad I left when I did. This company’s culture has gone so downhill. What a shame.

How is Ish handling this post? I am afraid to ask my manager if she has seen this. If I were her manager I would definitely have some questions and damage control. This post will possibly get many of us the push we all need to job search.

Like thousands of money down the toilet re-training many new reps all because of a disaster of a team and an unwanted manager.

Say what you will about Ish, but he has evolved as he’s settled into the role. I absolutely hated him when he started. He was an arrogant prick with no job/personal life boundaries. I’ve seen him change. Maybe something in his personal life gave him a reality check. I can not imagine the more mature Ish allowing this to destroy his team and culture.

Ish, if you’re reading this, go fix it. The rest of your teams are watching how this is handled. No new mothers should ever be subject to this bull crap.
