The leaders no here that no one has the guts to stand up to them. Most here are sheep, holding on to every last second of their useless job in this crap industry

His wife was already at NVS when he was hired. She miraculously got a TLL position in another division. They are both about as worthless as tits on the boar.

No disrespect, but if you’ve never been retaliated against you wouldnt understand why people keep their mouths shut. Leadership knows this and as a result, we have a fear culture that has existed for many years. Company wants to know why “speak up” is always low on glint surveys. Despite the tens of thousands of comments they receive aa feedback, they refuse to acknowledge employee concerns about retaliation and nothing changes. It’s just gotten much worse over the last few years

ABLs are so insecure and lame that they hand pick a couple of their reps to pledge their loyalty and to serve as their personal ass kissers. . All to help them over compensate their inferiority complexes.
 
The best ass kissers are always the ones who are the favorites at NVS. Every single executive, especially MT, climbed up the ladder by handing their assignments off to lower level ass kissers, who are willing to do anything and everything for them.

At NVS, if you think for yourself instead of parodying your idiotic manager's blather, you'll be out of a job quickly.

I've seen it happen more times than I can count in my two decades here.

Nepotism on full display last week in San Diego. RD speaking to region on Thursday afternoon. Only 2 people walked in late. Dad and son! Such crap that leadership won't do anything to fix this.
 
Ass kissing works and I am a perfect example of that! I have taken the kissing of management’s ass and turned it into an art form! Can’t reveal anything that would tip them off but I can tell you my manager thinks I hung the damn moon, but I am really totally useless! I am thinking of starting an online program where I teach my skills to the Novartis masses and beyond!
