These idiots needed to give territories time! They were impatient which takes everything back to starting over, hiring a new rep, training. They ruined this place.

And they are absolutely clueless if they so much as hand out another PIP.

You all need to get out. The best thing I’ve ever done is leave Phathom. When you leave, you realize how debilitating Phathom is. You are worth far more. PIP or no PIP start looking. It will allow you control over your own destiny. Don’t let Phathom decide for you. And fight for severance if you are let go.

On this mother day evening I am reflecting on the fact that I was piped out of this dump. I am struggling financially but feel lucky to be out. Best of luck to everyone. Hope you all land on you're feet. BTW I feel the same about SP. He certainly needs to be let go.

First off, you’re a Mom- and that is winning! You don’t need this horrible place to determine your worth. You are going to be just fine! Shawn Peter has ruined everything good that this place could have been. But you are FREE! You will soon see how much better life can be absent the stress. Hang in there. Remind yourself what’s most important in life. Work your connections. Lots of ladies out there to support working moms’, who are happy to help however they can!
