We’ve all been lied to by smith and nephew many times over the last few years. There is ZERO trust here. All management lost that trust, everyone of them should have been fired. SN is a good ole boy club, if you are in, you are protected. Sad state of affairs at smith and nephew. Nobody, and I mean nobody, trusts a word from leadership.

Who’s running this disaster. They fired some of the greats who do us all favors and kept the ones who have lost all trust and morale for smith and nephew. WOW. The BOD must be blind or incompetent at this point to let this happen this far. What a literal Disaster. I hope that these messages get to them as many sales people quit caring. We don’t give a crap anymore, it’s our business, we will take it with us when we leave. Offers pouring into SN reps for a better life. Expect many to take it.
