If you’re thinking about applying to be a DM, just know that you’ll be a co-DM with the existing manager, sharing a headcount of 18-20 reps. Obviously, there’s no incoming manager on the planet that would sign up for this and the existing DM’s can’t stand the thought of it either. Also, probably one of the lowest DM salaries in the industry to go along with it.

How much longer are they going to make the managers manage 20 reps? Any relief in sight? Honestly, not very fair to the DM’s or the reps.

Like usually, it seems like they’ll drag their feet so they don’t need to add additional cost to the organization.
