Any insight as to why DH left? Is it a good position to interview for?
I live in Kailua and I’m going to get this job, a double dip side gig, just watch. You don’t want this job. Do your research and call all former reps of this company. Galderma is a bottom tier company that thinks they are awesome. Also- you never want to take over a territory where a prior legend of aesthtics ran the roost. There is nowhere to go but down. All of Davids accounts will move over to Allergan and Merz as the loyalty is all gone. Word of advise if you are interviewing. Ask to see the W2s of all the reps in the region. They’ll tell you you’ll make $300k at plan but then go to verify those #s and you’ll see it’s all a lie. Your lucky to make $150k in Hawaii.
I applied and expect to get it. I’m smoking hot in a teeny black bikini. Gonna triple dip.I live in Kailua and I’m going to get this job, a double dip side gig, just watch.
Thank you for this! Do you know why he left? You don’t want this job. Do your research and call all former reps of this company. Galderma is a bottom tier company that thinks they are awesome. Just look at all these threads about Galderma. Eveyone leaves this place. The average person stays on board for less than 14 months after being hired. This place is a stop gap in between real jobs. Only come here if you are unemployed. Don’t leave a good stable job to come here. Leadership sucks the big dong.Thank you for this! Do you know why he left?
Thank you. I definitely see the frustration from those who have shared their experience. Seems like a great role especially here in Hawaii where there’s not a lot of industry outside of tourism.Just look at all these threads about Galderma. Eveyone leaves this place. Thank you! This is the info I was looking for. Did D leave because the territory wasn’t producing? Trying to get all the info before leaving my current position. Thank you again!Good job yes, and good manager...people will always be negative on here

Sounds like hired but it’s the oppositePlease explain more.
It's a the best company in aesthetics hands down....the Industry is challenging and the job has changed but Galderma is expanding and will stay on top... definitely some people were frustrated with the changes in the market and just in general things have been difficult. So there's a lot of disgruntled people on here.Thank you! This is the info I was looking for. Did D leave because the territory wasn’t producing? Thank you! I’ll do just that. Before anyone jumps to go here you need to pick up the phone and speak to current and former reps that worked or still work for this company. You will hear nobody say that Galderma is an amazing or even decent place to work. People are here slugging along on the hamster wheel getting P- Diddy‘d every day and taking it will no lube. It’s a job a paycheck but not a career or place you’d want to stay for long term. Put in a year or two and work for Allergan or some other top tier company. This company is the bottom of the barrel in aesthetics but people still here think it’s the top of the food chain. Once you leave and stop drinking the juice life opens up and your a-hole shrinks and heals from all the penetration. But in all seriousness, jump on LinkedIn and start calling former reps and you’ll see everythjg on this thread is true.
It does appear that there are some who are frustrated and others at Galderma who like it a lot. Spoke to a GAIN trainer and she really enjoys being one and likes the products too. Will try to message David to get his take ans to see why he left. It's a the best company in aesthetics hands down....the Industry is challenging and the job has changed but Galderma is expanding and will stay on top... definitely some people were frustrated with the changes in the market and just in general things have been difficult. A GAIN trainer’s perspective will not help you with knowing how it is to actually be employed by Galderma. You do the same insane amount of work whether you’re hitting quota (or rather NOT hitting quota the way last 3 years have consistently been) or not. That never changes. You will get plagued by McKesson issues at least 4 times a week. Get calls and texts on weekends and at 10 pm by customers who think their 6 filler order gives them the right to have you on call asking the same questions over and over. Better yet you’ll get endless texts by people that don’t even have an account yet since the process is so hard, and When their account is finally open a month later they are so drained by it that they’ll never end up ordering at all since that’s what working with Galderma must be like. Throw in busy data entry work entering calls and extra information for each of the 500 injectors in database . Oh and you must sell I always forget that part. To do this you need hours calculating the latest fire drill promo into points and rebates with data that’s on 10 different reports. Oh then they will make it known that the sales force isn’t working hard enough. You’ve made zero again and sold more than you ever have. One day you wake up dead inside and realize all you are doing is making people at the very top that don’t care about anyone else, richer and richer. It does appear that there are some who are frustrated and others at Galderma who like it a lot. Thank you very much for your comprehensive response. It’s clear you work there and it’s very challenging. Going to connect to some derms, plastics, and Galderma reps. It sounds like once you’re there, it’s not a good place to be long term. The challenge I have is, the industries in Hawaii to make $200k are minimal at best. So do I go for it, make money, try to make it work, then decide? That’s the question I have for myself.A GAIN trainer’s perspective will not help you with knowing how it is to actually be employed by Galderma.
