Hypothetically speaking, if you applied for an opening. And you were offered a specialty job, or a primary care job. Which would you take? If pay was the same besides a little extra bonus for the specialty job, but base is the same. Not gonna lie, I'm leaning primary care.

The feeling among some is NSR has more staying power, I'm not that's the case. You wanna call on big fish in a big territory, or small fish in a big territory with a partner?

That's what it boils down too.

Which manager do you like more? Will one of them give you an HJ during a field visit?

If a HJ can be the deciding factor in any major life decision then you might need to go ahead and start paying for it my guy...
Not much better than the feeling of sweet release from a handy. Helps clear the mind of all the cobwebs. You know, gets the poison out. And why pay for it if you can get it for free?

Honestly it doesn't really matter. Both teams will be consolidated into one pod in the not so distant future. After mdd there's not much point in having two teams of managers.

This actually will make more sense . No way they can take market share from Vraylar with this current set up. Vraylar have twice as many reps on the ground and Im sure J&J will move to a marketshare type pay out soon

I’d stay away from both unless you are out of a job and don’t have anything that looks promising lined up.

Thanks for the standard, terrible cafepharma reply. You'll be happy to know shortly after I made this post I took the job (not saying which one) and so far it's been great. Definitely an upgrade.

You’ve only just begun your journey young Jedi. The next step will be the mandatory training podcasts from our innovative genius training leader. Rock and roll!

So I'll be doing the exact same stuff that every other big pharma company on the face of the earth does? Thanks for the heads up.
Except you will be doing it for the worst leadership in the planet. And they will play you like a puppet on a string until you give up or get fired. Because that’s how it works around here. It’s different at ITCI. You will soon find out.

What it’s the same loser homer who posts the same response on here to everything that critical of ITC. IT sucks but it’s ok cuz it’s “ the same at every other Pharma company.” What a pathetic dumb azz Outlook.

I've been posting the same response because people like you keep telling me how horrible it is here and yet no one has said anything that this company does that's any different than any other pharma company. You guys sound very whiney. Like small child whiney. Does it hurt your feelings that someone actually likes their job and is grateful for the life it provides?
