12 weeks is the minimum + the 60 day WARN notice. Again, the WARN would only be in effect if involuntary terminated based on a re-org. AZ would be wise to allow people to volunteer. We know they are looking to reduce costs. Many older reps and mgr's patiently waiting. Allowing a raising of the hand will likely take the most expensive peeps off the payroll. On the CVRM side? Or, R&I, as well? It's a shit show out there...entirely too many reps. More is NOT more. A reduction is beyond necessary.CVRM Specialty Representatives leaving quickly with attrition rates higher then normal. Chatter is re organization very soon with reductions in head count.
