Things are terrible. They picked some of the wrong people for sure. It’s hard to understand why some people are gone yet others who make life harder every day are still here with us. Tough decisions I’m sure but no matter what they told us in the town hall it often boils down to who you know and whose good side you happen to be on doesn’t it? I’m looking for the first life raft off this sinking ship.

I'm sorry you feel that way. Based on what you say, since you are still there, you must be on someone's good side. Lets take what we have and work to make it successful. We now have the ability to go out and get new business - something we couldn't do before while waiting for the Aurobindo deal to go through. If you can't hold on, then the best to you. But remember there are a number of people who need to make this work.

No matter how positively management spins it. Sales have cratered and they are not coming back. If you think they will...then that is a pipe dream.

You better be looking for work elsewhere at this point if you are still an employee.

With each passing day it’s clear that what’s left of the ship is sinking.

Thankfully I'm out of that place and I've moved on to bigger and better. The grass is certainly greener elsewhere.

    Good Luck!

Quality head just resigned. Is the writing on the wall?

    So who's left? The lifers?

They must be waiting for their bon voyage severance packages.

Worked there for many years never had work dreams. Since retired, dream about the place often. Always trying to help with what ever is the problem. When things get to crazy, I say you know I'm retired. And then wake up.Thank God
