Ex employee - I'm hearing more and more horror stories about what is happening at Galderma. Atmosphere is meant to be really bad and morale is desperate. Everyone I speak to or email over there seems to hate it. A real opressive sweat shop run by the third reich. Is this for real?

Seriously I’m getting the stinking suspicion that it’s 1 or 2 people who constantly shit post here. Bitching and moaning about the SAME old shit in EVERY post. Don’t you have anything better to do?

To anyone else checking the board because you’re considering employment here, take these comments with a pinch of salt. I’m glad I did and joined anyway. Don’t know what these losers are bitching about but I’m doing some of my best work here (and before you imply otherwise I CHOSE to come here from big name pharma).

you heard right, it's rotten to the core. everyone seems to hate the place, and it's getting worse and worse. fat cats keep getting fatter.
 




With the horrible leadership in Switzerland, sub par US management and the lack of any significant acquisition or R&D, Galderma probably will cease to exist after going IPO. What a great company Galderma was until Nestle sold it. Glad I left. Now I sleep at night.
