I really had no idea what the true feeling of a “toxic” work place was, until after about 7 months of being here @ Harmony! I had multiple STMs call me to share of their mental & physical health deteriorating, just from working here. Things like anxiety, heart attack symptoms & depression, all requiring medical support or antidepressants for their first time ever! It’s crazy town here.

OMG!!! Why would anyone stay there, for even 1 single day, longer? Sounds like such major manipulation, heading down a dead end road, without anything positive to be gained by remaining under their cruel self serving direction any longer. There are tons of much better & way healthier places to earn your family’s living, without selling your soul for such toxic individuals to gain their riches via your demise!
You should actually report this sad state of affairs, to the authorities, like OIG, BBB, FDA & that Scorpion hedge fund group seeking a class action against your bad actors there.

13 new prescribers is a ton of new prescribers in a single quarter. Most will not earn 13 new prescribers in a year, especially in the 5th year of a product life cycle. Right, this just happened to occur during a contest. Sure thing. Pick up the telephone and call her (SD) to see how many of those get filled. It’s called cheating. She did an incredible job of getting a piece of paper faxed that will never result in an actual patient getting on therapy or profit to the company. Upper mismanagement knows this. Upper mismanagement turns a blind eye to STM and RBD abuses time and time again. It took Roger how long to finally fire the Southeast RBD? And the only reason he finally fired him was because of an incident while riding a go-kart. Just bring in the referrals. Bogus phone numbers. No sleep study. Patients not knowing anything about their doctor prescribing the product for them.

Jeff Dierks will get on the earnings call next week and talk about new prescribe growth in the 4th quarter and then compare that to the Xyrem launch knowing the pull through rate is alarmingly low on these contest referral.

These former reps you mention do not have any interest in returning, what you are saying is a lie started by Roger. These people left for very specific reasons. Why is there only 10-12 original STM’s remaining if it was such a great place? Why is turnover so high if it was such a great place? Why did at least 1/3 of the sales force quit last year? Why are many territories on the 3rd, 4th or 5th STM in not even six years? Not all of these people left for more money, the Alnylam group did. The rest took equal or less money to get away from Harmony Bioscience.

As for those best workplace awards, do some research. It’s not nearly as impressive as you make it seem. They are mostly meaningless awards.

If Harmony is gaining so many new prescribers, at a clip of roughly 1,600 new patient intake forms per each quarter—
Then, “why are we only gaining (350) more new patient starts, on wakix” per quarter, compared to the 1,600 new prescriptions received, in that same quarter? Answer is, they are accepting Dirty referrals that they know are never gonna be filled & are making zero effort to prevent it from happening, as well. We don’t even educate our patients on why / how, to stay on Wakix! That might actually cost Harmony a few dollars & they’d much rather continue receiving those big fat paychecks, than doing the right thing. Paychecks @ their hearts!
 


U STMs can stay in ur sandbox while the adults in the home office "family" deal with there own shitstorm. The CLTs questionable "leadership" and clear favoritism is rly boosting morale. how in the dicken's are multiple people getting promoted in consecutive years? I'm sure they "earned" it!! and we're those Summit club winners the best they could come up with? I guess appearing busy and being inefficient and "working" remotely is what gets rewarded in these parts.

also, how DARE 1 of the "help" at the national meeting put a water bottle instead of a diet coke in our fearless leaders seat on the big stage, they should know better! He IS Harmony!!
