Takeda is very conservative so it will be interesting to see what the new dude does when he takes over......if he lifts up the hood on Wakix he will not like what he sees. I've never seen a rep make so much with an IC contest and not get many patients on the drug. Roger will be fine, he brings in the dollars, but I expect several to leave more so because there is only so much business left in some territories

the company took a step in the right direction today. 2 cancers. Jeff and Roger. 1 is gone and the other will probably be gone by April 1st. Hopefully he brings in a great Vice President of sales. Someone who can actually sell and help with messaging. Instead of these constant f$/?:!$& emails and texts.

Well the lil diet coke boy & his crazy 8 ball were finally correct about one thing! Harmony will have something newsworthy, every quarter, over the next few years. Examples: He failed to get IH approval TWICE, destroyed a Top performing sales force at world record speed, gave Rogie huge million dollar bonuses for sending out threatening emails & text messages 24/7, gouged us for several millions (in stock) for himself, then got himself fired, too! Well played lil d!
 




pray tell, what will happen 2 all the folx w/ inflated egos who are "successful" due to there relationships with Jeffy and/or his cronies? :rolleyes: will they actually start too evaluate ppl based on they're performance???? the truth will set u free!!

What in the world is going on there? Saw legal cases coming for fraudulent activity by Harmony, regarding IH failure!
Did they know it was gonna “tank” but, continued to tell the public about their “optimism” for it to gain approval, so their own insider stock would sell @ an artificially HIGH price!?

Having been with the company for a significant time, I’ve witnessed repeated misinformation regarding stock compensation, including from senior leadership and HR. Employees were assured that accepting lower base salaries was justified because stocks were a key part of total compensation and would sell at $65 or more. It’s good to see this issue being addressed—employees deserve transparency and the wages they were originally promised.
 


will see major resignations this year and no one who is successful will come to Harmony when there are other reputable rare/orphan companies with legitimate products, a strong pipeline and ethical senior leadership. Thgis company paid a rep $80K for unethical referrals, which puts the entire salesforce in danger of either follow her lead or be placed on a PIP.
 


another one of bill and mikes famous revenue generating contests is underway..too bad yet again all it will do is create noise that overwhelms the HUB to the point that they can’t answer the phone for REAL referrals and real patients. But the a few reps will make $ and bill will walk around acting like he’s making the company millions in failed referrals. How does no one check what these contents actually result in??? Maybe Adam will care more than Jeff did….
