Kite TOXIC culture










OMG, between all the buddy hires and clueless big pharmatards that just backfilled all the folks who jumped, this place is becoming a black hole for customers and patients. No one knows how to do anything anymore. I wonder how many lunches the "CTAM's" are doing with their community customers? Fake it until you make it!

Sad to see LV bullying quality tolt employees out of their jobs. How can this be allowed? Is this really happening? Can someone explain what is happening?
Which ones? Do you mean members of TOLT or senior staff in Quality on GQLT? Heard of some long-timers in Quality (who have given so much to Kite) that got RIFed/managed out by her. Has she also taken out peers on TOLT in her wake?
 






Culture is definitely dead at Kite. Regular firings disguised as people deciding to leave the company. Hiring and promoting incompetent people who just spew corporate verbal diarrhea instead of actually doing any work. Health systems duplicating efforts with commercial teams. Out of touch and terrible marketing creates tons of bad materials no one uses. CTAMs saying we can’t beat Breyanzi… Can Cindy make our sales calls? And the contract ORD people are somehow getting random doctors to prescribe Yescarta. Quarter after quarter registrations and deliveries are soft but leadership says performance is great! If Kite people aren’t looking for other options, they should ASAP or brace for more restructuring.
 










Absolutely embarrassing that managers and leaders try to say everything is great! We are getting slaughtered by Breyanzi and there answer is lets have another conference call and focus on a new business plan! When is the last time upper management was actually face to face with a customer, My ERD doesn't even recognize his top customers at a conference.
 




Easy solution compare kite rep expenses vs Gild! Kite are to entitled to deliver food yet it’s on management for zero accountability! Managers fly in to do a lunch with the rep then head home!
