I went to a chiropractor once. They had a booth at my gym and I thought I'd give it a shot. I had to attend an initial talk by the husband and wife team before my first "adjustment". They claimed they could cure otitis media, UTIs and other infections by correcting alignments to my spine. I left.
There may be good ones, but my n of one ruined it.
When I was there I had an exception. Had to get an MRI and read radiologist for my Ascent. I work for a smaller company now and the Aecent 2024 is the company car for $100 month. Such BS at the Abbvie.
Either way chiropractors are a sham. They aren't doctors, they don't have any type of legitimate examination board, they don't have medical training, and they cause significant harm to plenty of their 'patients'. Just because the idiots in the home office accepted their note doesn't make them medical professionals.
Malpractice premiums are based on risk and claim frequency. Chiropractic malpractice insurance is lower than MDs because due to lower risk to patients.
Dentists aren’t MDs, Optometrists aren’t MDs, & Chiropractors aren’t MDs and none of them claim to be; but they are licensed healthcare professionals who must pass rigorous national boards and maintain state licensure to practice.
Fleet will give you the email to start the process. You will need Medical Records, Chiropractic works as ell, and then get measured by a Phsical Therapist. Its a process, but it works.
