It’s really interesting to note the dynamic on the CV/IM team. Miachel H is clearly not happy with say another VP he recently inherited. Awkwardly dynamics. She may be on her way out. And deservedly so.

Homa is one of the worst managers. Absolutely despicable how she treats her team. Very incompetent and insecure as well. With such a minuscule team remaining, someone needs to explain her VP title. What a joke. He needs to get rid of her soon.

I am in HEOR though not in her TA, but I have also heard that she does not bring any value to cross functional or strategic discussions either. It’s hard to understand why someone who does not bring value to anyone is still at that position.

Product of DEI. She was going to be regraded to an ED. But something changed at the last minute. Considering her pea sized team, this will be revisited. Additionally, the past reviews by her team and the way she has threatened them is being looked at as well.

the ultimate goal was to get her out of here but that was an uphill battle because as long as Lurch is at the top, this company will not progress forward
They got rid of Greg Long whom Lurch really liked. She will be next. It must be a real shame for her to alongside the people that reported into her with significantly diminished responsibilities. She has become too expensive. She will be cut soon.
