Cutting Greg was a huge mistake and it was personal for Annette. She shit herself when Kate said F-U and quit. Wendy being really pissed off is probably irrelevant given they’re cutting VPs left & right. Shame for Greg. Like him or not, guy knows his stuff and our IO portfolio had great access under his strategic mind.

And he created and excellent one for Qvantig. Had he not pushed back on Adam and Wendy the pricing and contracting would have put us in a terrible situation. Annette doesn’t understand those dynamics and now Wendy who is clueless has no one to guide her on these matters and things are going to get more complex and tense as we head forward Opdivo LOE and Biosimilars hit the market

It’s really interesting to note the dynamic on the CV/IM team. Miachel H is clearly not happy with say another VP he recently inherited. Awkwardly dynamics. She may be on her way out. And deservedly so.

Homa is one of the worst managers. Absolutely despicable how she treats her team. Very incompetent and insecure as well. With such a minuscule team remaining, someone needs to explain her VP title. What a joke. He needs to get rid of her soon.

Homa is a awful manager. People on her team have provided feedback several times about how bad she is, and it is surprising that it has not yet reached senior leadership. I am in HEOR though not in her TA, but I have also heard that she does not bring any value to cross functional or strategic discussions either. It’s hard to understand why someone who does not bring value to anyone is still at that position.

Product of DEI. She was going to be regraded to an ED. But something changed at the last minute. Considering her pea sized team, this will be revisited. Additionally, the past reviews by her team and the way she has threatened them is being looked at as well.
