I'd like to know who the rocket surgeon was who inked this absurd Solea exclusive. Maybe this is why Timmy R is no longer with PDCO. Seriously, 100 units this year and then it goes up each year over the next 2 years. How many have been sold this year? Maybe 20? You think the stock price is bad now, wait till PDCO has to purchase the units that weren't sold this year and the upcoming years. It's going to keep dropping!

Patterson must sell 300 Solea’s year 1, 330 year 2 and 366 year 3. It’s not 100. What is not sold Patterson must buy. Every branch was already shipped a Solea with another coming at the end of Q2. I’d guess patterson will have to buy 245 soleas in year 1, the calendar year, end of December 2024.

It’s time to stand up to Solea if this gets tied to our compensation this year. I’am talking a revolt of epic magnitude including a revolt against our local manager for even pushing the narrative

Not if, when. It's going to be a separate commission bucket. Just like software.
If you choose to sell neither, you're going to see a big decline in pay.
 


I wouldn’t expect much of a bonus this year. Patterson overpaid dividends to their shareholders in FY25 and will have to buy 250 solea lasers. This year they will need to sell the 250 plus another 333. That’s a whopping 583 soleas this year. Let’s say Patterson sells 50 lasers this year. In Fy27 we will need to sell 250+283+366=899 soleas. That’s 899 soleas the company will have in its inventory.
Solea has a business to run with bills to pay. Patterson will see no relief from Solea. That’s what happens when you want exclusive rights.
What a joke!
The entire executive leadership team should lose their jobs starting with all regional presidents!
Over paying in dividend and the Solea deal delivered a massive blow to our cash flow.
 


Overpaying dividends was a BOD thing. With the exception of DZ figurehead emeritus, they're all gone. After milking absurdly high dividends from an underperforming company, they all walked with millions. The steaming pile of Solea is different altogether. VP of Sales and Director of Enablement need to answer for this.

I feel bad for my equipment person. If I don’t have a Solea pretty soon, I’ll start pushing equipment into next year. With only .5% bonus this is THE year to take a down one on equipment
