Consider yourself fortunate. She has effectively killed what little morale was left. Attrition rate climbing and will continue. She doesn’t ‘get’ sales and is slowly killing the spirit.
 




The woman is totally crazy! Between solid and heme, the leadership sucks but solids leadership takes the cake.

I am confused about Toms view on all this. Does he even know it’s happening and the feeling on the ground against Biljana.

Joe F is another one she got here and this man is obnoxious, but worse, he is clueless

Glad, finally, someone is calling this guy out. It’s a toxic team and wonder what’s stopping people from reporting to CREDO hotline.

I’ve been around a while and she’s the worst leader I’ve ever worked for. And the worst part is she keeps bringing in more of her sycophants
lol. That’s all ‘leaders’ at JnJ. They hire and retain their sycophants.
 




Joe F is a disaster, loves the sound of his own voice, arrogance at its finest but really hasn’t got a strategic bone in his body
Seems to want to only manage his profile with Biljana so ignores the rest of us

she’s an insufferable leader who will make everyone’s life a nightmare
Well, months into her appointment:
-people are leaving
-morale is in the toilet.
-Managers scheduling 3-4 day ride alongs
-RBD virtual role-play with reps
-national director holding small group sessions desperate to hear what folks think and be empowered
-demanding blitz program utilization
-etc

The culture is toxic, direct managers have nothing to offer, RBD’s and NSD are beaten down.

Across solid tumor positions are open due to attrition. Stay away folks, there is a reason.
 




Nine months have passed, and BN remains incapable of appointing a TA lead for lung—an undeniable indictment of her failed leadership. Her insincerity, hollow gestures, and lack of strategic vision are transparent to external candidates, who are walking away unimpressed and unconvinced. How much longer will senior leadership ignore the clear and growing damage? Immediate action is needed before she irreparably dismantles what’s left of the Solid Tumor group.
 


She is not going anywhere! Word on the street is that she is Jennifer’s favorite so just watch this space. Jennifer was the same for all with a good memory, crazy hires crazy. They will grant her as many executive coaches as she needs to polish a more empathetic mask but the demon remains within
