Derm loses another start

My team lost another 3 hours (1 hour prior, 1 hour call, 1 hour after) today to a not needed call. Can't we just read this in email? Does anyone understand how much productivity these calls cause us to lose time and time again? x everyone in my district?

My gosh it's no wonder we no longer grow. It's all a game to pretend to work.

Just enter your calls as told, regardless if the docs are even in practice or alive. Not a bad gig.

As long as she can tell Ian and Murdo she's "executing" at a high level, they leave you alone. Suck it up and enter the calls just as they tell you. Then collect pay, IC, TOT and Bravo's. All for about 4 hours a week effort.

Oh, at hit that emoji hard during calls. Hard.

You need to be careful because a DM that used to be here, Kim Colvin, would use call metrics against people she wanted to target and she targeted many during her stent at Amgen. If you didn't meet you call metric goal due to access and you refused to lie about it, she'd call you out for that but then if you did lie and fake the metric she'd call you out for that too. Either way this can be the manager's playing card and Amgen HR is fine and dandy with that.

I am ashamed to say I conformed.

I used to hustle. Now, I don't even start each week until Monday afternoon and I just spend my time managing how I'm going to optimize sign in sheets, calls, alerts, etc the rest of the week, which ends Thursday at lunch.
 






I'm leaving after shutdown as well. I was clearly qualified to at least interview for a job, but no posting. Nothing. I've seen her do it before but it stings when it's personal. If she put someone qualified in, it would be at least understandable, but I didn't get an interview (no one did) and an imbecile was appointed. He can't do a thing. Never follows up. Doesn't communicate. Never gets back. It's just baffling.
