Derm loses another start


Be careful what we wish for. It's a given certainty that Romo will be sent sideways to replace Brad and run the TLL misfits. This cleans up a huge liability for queen in sales leadership.

The danger is that we will probably get the ERG warrior as the replacement. Be very careful.
Perhaps but I've heard other names being floated around. Could be simply a rumor but one person is tried and true who everyone would like. BR doesn't have the skillset to lead or innovate with a TLL group. I've said enough, I must get back to creating QBR reports and you should do the same.
 


Happiest group in the dynasty is the team that no longer has to endure KC Slick Back's micromanaging ways. Now, who do we get since he's gone? My guess is some tool out of the management development cult.

As I look around at our leadership, I sense nothing but pride at the best of the best:

Matt, Cam and Kim all being tutored by Spence. Wow. 100% skilled at Amgen, 0% skilled in the marketplace.

There was zero posting, zero chance to interview, zero chance to compete. The favorites are being taken care of again, while we have to continue to write coaching guides which can only serve to get us in trouble, deal with entitled reps whining about missing data, and pretend to "serve customers".

At least 2 of us in the East should have gotten a chance to at least interview!

Tiff trying to make up for her blunder in Neuro by moving her pets up the ladder is laughable. She runs everything via Teams from SoCal, knows nothing about our customers, and expects everyone to be at a 100% on everything literally from a metrics perspective. Someone bring April back.
 


I coach a girls soccer team. Parents pay enormous fees because we are a travel team.

I measure passes, possession, shots on goal, pass completion rates, dribble success rate and tackles. I pay no attention to wins and losses.

As a result, my team is winless but we lead the league in most statistical categories.

These QBRs are so rewarding! We are driving business like no other because of our work here in Chicago. So inspiring.
Done just in time to start working on my next one!!! Wonder where the next one will be held? I can’t wait to work with purpose, serve patients and make our execution numbers jump off the page. The new regionals are bound to have new ideas on how to spotlight MMIT, pre-call planning and pull through.

But can any one of them actually sell Otezla? Oh who cares, our reach and frequency on A, B, and C targets will be perfect.

Between QBRs, BWEs and Calibration, I'd say we lose about 18 weeks a year of calls. 18 x5 x every rep. A real shame what we have become. It's no wonder that I was able to take all the Enbrel business from October 2014-December 2014. All of it. Because no one was out there selling it and they hadn't been for a long time.

My favorite are the Amgen Lifers who love to claim they have "derm" experience because Enbrel launched in derm. They have always been a joke in derm. Absolute joke.
 


My favorites are the Amgen Alpha women who hyphenate their names and post on LI 10x a day, all as suck ups to other women and spend the rest of their time advocating for their ERG/DEI crusades. Meanwhile, they never perform at all with prescriptions. At least they are skilled at calibration.
