Company is strong with enormous upside. If you are located in the midwest I would stay clear of "w" the manager. Unprofessional, divisive, miserable and lacks leadership qualities. If you miss high school cliques and play the "w" game you should fit in. Loves the gossip!

Yes Syneos always signs contracts followed by hiring a sales force followed by releasing the entire sales force within 30 days.
