DEI = Handouts of high profile roles and promotions with 0 accountability. Remember, any pushback and you’re racist or sexist. Never mind the trail of destruction DEI hires leave in their wake.

There’s worse places to work though, BMS isn’t all that bad.
 




Guys, this whole argument over DEI is a ruse. “Best person for the job” - this has NEVER been the case, neither before DEI, during, or after. DEI moved companies to expand the pool, but look at the decision makers that have been around for the past 5-7 years - they weren’t “DEI hires”, yet they’re the ones that have landed us in this mess

Decision makers are lousy. I gave an interview recently and the hiring manager wanted me to do her job and my job. This person wanted me to go to office 5 days a week while she stayed home remote. She said she wants a leader and I said “good luck” to you. You be a leader first.

welcome to modern day BMS, mutliple jobs, minimal pay increase. There is not point in getting promotions here, you dont get compensated for it and all you get is double the works and quadruple the stress

All you clowns do is complain, waaaaa waaaaaa waaaaa like babies. I’m glad I work here I have 0 complaints and my manager is great.
