Is Rare Disease a good place to be?

Save us Dave! We need major change.
He won’t. Dave doesn’t care about Rare and has elevated M.L. to VP reporting directly to him. She is a cancer but he’ll leave her because he has bigger issues with sema. So sad and another example of incompetent leadership who doesn’t respect her team at all and is a compliance nightmare.

I love Rare Disease especially the products and patients we help But it is so micro managed. Home office is clueless and they impede our success. Leadership has no idea and the stress level is impossible. It is not Rare Disease.
No one cares about rare disease in this company. It’s a distraction and a cost. It looks good on paper but that’s about it. Novo has bigger issues to solve.

Nowhere here is a good place to be. No pipeline, below industry pay, rotten culture. There’s no hope here. Everyone here is trying to leave. Get a job at Chic Fil A. You’ll be much happier

True. Novo got lucky with Ozempic but blew it up. Nothing much else to save us. The Danish culture is rotten to the core.
