It’s sad to see this younger generation so entitled, judge mental and disrespectful of their elders who have helped to pave the way for them today. Rather than ask questions to learn to educate themselves, so quick to assume based on a limited skill skill set. All they know is all they know which in itself is very sad. I’m very secure in who I am and what I represent. Definitely not paranoid of what others think as that’s on them, not me. I am a 73 year old retired Pharma rep and ex military. You can judge me if you choose on here if that helps boasts your own insecurities. Oh and btw, my daughter who is Asian American works at your company. Hope you stay humble and lose that entitlement. You’ll find life gets much better for you.

IDK about Prep making up the entire Gileas DEI quota, but we do have alot more than any other division. Probably 3-4x more.
NSM the top 10 executives with the division was on stage w Dan. Dan was the only male. 10 females of various diversity but all female. We have alot.
What I have seen in the past usually when they way over index a quota criteria, the swing back to the opposite side the next few years to get back to even balance.
QUALIFIED DIVERSITY IS GOOD BUT NEEDS TO BE BALANCED. ANYTHING OVER WEIGHTED EITHER SIDE IS BAD & NO GROWTH.
 




It is not pissed off. It's the fact 100% leadership 2nd line & above is female. Not 90,80,70,60,50% but an absurd 100%. Even if they were good leaders it would still be outrageous. The fact that only Ashley, Linnea, Kristi Banks, are the only 3 warranted with merit for their positions the others are not. They might have skills but not in there current positions. Gilead does a poor job aligning people in positions of their skills.
DEI is overblown here at Gilead & they just push people up without looking at strengths.
