I didn't get an interview ....but was explicitly told they didn't want anyone who had been diabetes long ! And if you got one it was a filler because the recommendation was to avoid those reps .
Sorry to hear that you sound very qualified. I wanna remind you that the only candidates that are being considered our ex enterprise Rent-A-Car employees particularly if they have experience with customers at the front desk at airports beyond that that is about all thats necessary to be truly a successful shell here at Our organizationI didn't get an interview ....but was explicitly told they didn't want anyone who had been diabetes long ! This is true . They did NOT want reps that have been a DCS for a long time. Hiring managers were discouraged and it's shameful especially if you have been a successful DCS.I didn't get an interview ....but was explicitly told they didn't want anyone who had been diabetes long ! Not true. Unless a directive from a particular part of the country because not here. This is true . They did NOT want reps that have been a DCS for a long time. Hiring managers were discouraged and it's shameful especially if you have been a successful DCS.
It sure was...... and I can confirm in the East . Some may have been placed but it was hard for some to even get an interview .Not true. Unless a directive from a particular part of the country because not here.
It's true. It was even a process to get some great DCS interviews. "They discouraged DCS that had been in Diabetes a long time".Not true. Unless a directive from a particular part of the country because not here.
I think the “Rent-A-Car” employees should call on leading academic medical centers. Customers will definitely be impressed. What an industry!!!Sorry to hear that you sound very qualified. When are they making a decision ?
If you met with regional Friday it's pretty much a sure thing - unless you f'ed it up.
I am internal didn't get an interview and was told by DBM if you had years in Diabetes it was discouraged. Not true. Unless a directive from a particular part of the country because not here.
I interviewed and was told lucky to even have one as they didn't want people with years of diabetes .I am internal didn't get an interview and was told by DBM if you had years in Diabetes it was discouraged.
This is a perfect of example of how there is no career path for most of the sales force here. You can be a high-performing, veteran rep here and won't get granted an interview for a role selling your same product. I can understand being looked over for an external hire who has true relationships in some of the big hospitals, etc., but that is not the case this early on.I interviewed and was told lucky to even have one as they didn't want people with years of diabetes .
Only one of several reasons NNI is losing the battle against Lilly. My Lilly rep has been here for decades. NNI downsizes yearly and does not value its veteran employees. It’s like a revolving door here. If you have over 10 years i’d brush up your résumé. This leadership does not value you..This is a perfect of example of how there is no career path for most of the sales force here. This is totally false. I know of at least 3 people that have many years of diabetes who are going to get spots. Either this was a one off feeling from a hiring manager or two or your DBM is lying to you, but this is absolutely not a thing. Whatever helps you sleep at night, though.I interviewed and was told lucky to even have one as they didn't want people with years of diabetes .
Absolutely some got the job - but this is not false . If you want to live in your bubble go right ahead it will pop one day !This is totally false.
