I didn't get an interview ....but was explicitly told they didn't want anyone who had been diabetes long ! And if you got one it was a filler because the recommendation was to avoid those reps .

Sorry to hear that you sound very qualified. I wanna remind you that the only candidates that are being considered our ex enterprise Rent-A-Car employees particularly if they have experience with customers at the front desk at airports beyond that that is about all thats necessary to be truly a successful shell here at Our organization

This is true . They did NOT want reps that have been a DCS for a long time. Hiring managers were discouraged and it's shameful especially if you have been a successful DCS.

I think the “Rent-A-Car” employees should call on leading academic medical centers. Customers will definitely be impressed. What an industry!!!

I interviewed and was told lucky to even have one as they didn't want people with years of diabetes .
This is a perfect of example of how there is no career path for most of the sales force here. You can be a high-performing, veteran rep here and won't get granted an interview for a role selling your same product. I can understand being looked over for an external hire who has true relationships in some of the big hospitals, etc., but that is not the case this early on.

Only one of several reasons NNI is losing the battle against Lilly. My Lilly rep has been here for decades. NNI downsizes yearly and does not value its veteran employees. It’s like a revolving door here. If you have over 10 years i’d brush up your résumé. This leadership does not value you..

This is totally false. I know of at least 3 people that have many years of diabetes who are going to get spots. Either this was a one off feeling from a hiring manager or two or your DBM is lying to you, but this is absolutely not a thing. Whatever helps you sleep at night, though.

Absolutely some got the job - but this is not false . If you want to live in your bubble go right ahead it will pop one day !

There is no respect for the DCS salesforce. This place is a disgrace to their loyal employees who have been selling Ozempic since the get go and now we have to pick up Wegovy because those pampered reps couldn’t hit numbers when they actually had a goal. Give me a break. Once Amgen hired there will be a massive exit.
