He said something to the extent that restructuring is always on the horizon as priorities change, but no definitive plans to downsize.
It was vague & encrypted.
Folks are going to interpret what he said all kinds of ways.
when asked, he has to provide some kind of answer, he can’t jusr sit there with his mouth open exhaling air.

I say, get rid of PEM’s (maybe keep one around), second, RAMS I still don’t know what they do to pay for themselves. CVS Caremark came to it’s own decision to keep W and boot Z from their formulary (pretty sure a RAM wasn’t involved in influencing their decision)..Third, downsize DBM’s!! There are too many with not enough to do but get in the way of sales!

To your point they are overwhelming targets with emails and entering calls on hcps that have moved out of the territory or on hcps that are retired.
 




Literally the WORST time to join Novo! Nobody wants to come here so they’re hiring people who were fired from their last companies. 3rd string people joining and fucking things you even more.

How about the Area Directors? The execution teams?? How many training people are there.Cut the fat. Too many.
