I was surprised to hear Lars say “ if you don’t like your manager, go work somewhere else”. Yeah, well most of us HAVE worked somewhere else, and that’s how many of us have drawn the conclusion that manager’s here suck lemons.
My advice to Lars, instead of telling reps to go work somewhere else, why isn’t there a move to look into what’s going on and why Reps here are so disenfranchised here.
For starters, there are way TOO MANY managers given the limited access to offices.
We are literally tripping over each other and we look desperate in our quest to outperform Lilly. This is exactly why offices have limited access. The value proposition is gone.
