It is likely that our access in doc offices and hospitals will be very restricted for quite some time. In light of this development we must be creative and aggressive. Therefore, an innovative strategy might be to meet your providers that you have a solid relationship with at the local chinese buffet for a wing and some soup or squid salad to make a sales presentation and leave some samples.
 




Esperion reps across the country are already google mapping their doctors homes. Nothing like coming out of the house to pick up the paper and have an Esperion rep jump out of the bushes for a efficacy detail. Or showing up at doctors kids softball games , sushi restaurants. This is really creative stuff that's come up on conference calls. If CB was in the military he would've been shot by his own troops. No accessmwill be 2020-21. After that 75% of offices will be closed off.

ah…there are no soccer games stupid shit trailer trash poster boy. And there hasn't been for a while. Let's see smart guy how well the stock does over next few weeks. It's been septic tank worthy since February. Maybe you and that think tank of RD's can come up with more creative ways to see your docs when restrictions loosen up. Yes soccer games, hanging out in cafeteria at hospital, doctors parking lot and even going as far as faking a cardiac issue to get some face time with them in office. How stupid will you look then when they do a bunch of tests on you and find out your just overweight and that's what's causing the shortness of breath after you lumber in from parking lot. Keep up with the ideas big sellers!!

If you're that angry, you may want to contact HIPAA. Otherwise, you'll get nowhere using your previous approach, Champ. Just for your education, PhRMA is voluntary like the Paris Agreement. It's only pledges, to not live hedonistically for scripts, from the companies willing that are willing to be members. It's no different than following the rules at a country club. You must have really wanted to be a rep for Esperion, your obsession is impressive!

This guy responding on the companies behalf is wound a little tight. Yes, you can be fined if you violate guideline set by pharma. It's the hospital chains that will drop the hammer on this. The chains that own practices is where we have to be careful. The employees responding at every posts should better utilize his time.

You're wrong. You have, absolutely, no idea what you are talking about. If it's the "hospital chains that drop the hammer," then that would not be PhRMA. Please enlighten the thread on how The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America fines companies or reps for violating a pact made by the members of said organization. Do you have any examples where this has occurred? Personally, I'm interested in how PhRMA or hospitals fine the companies that are not members of the organization. You need to move on. You're embarrassing yourself. I'm not an employee nor do I speak for this group, but you're a moron.
