PhRMA is a voluntary organization, they have no ability to sanction non-members. I’ve heard there are some very exciting and interesting functions being planned for the summer; I’m sure many providers will be interested in these type of activities. There are some advantages to not being “big pharma”.

Paying for a medical professional to attend a concert could induce the Anti-Kickback Statute. Your stupidity and obsession with this company is embarrassing. Are you playing stupid, or are you really this dense? You need understand how business works. None of what Esperion did to you was personal. You're not influencing anyone to quit their job with these ridiculous posts. Nor are you going to affect the company's business development. This is pathetic. Learn when to grow up, and move on.

Paying for docs to go to concerts and feeding the docs at home and giving away the gift cards all will get the company in trouble and the people at the company keep saying they’re gonna work outside the boundaries because they aren’t part of the RhPRMA. So if the company has decided to not play by the rules with that type of culture and be so rogue they will get in serious trouble and fail is my guess.

Show the Esperion employee posts that state where they will be "paying for docs to go to concerts and feeding the docs at home and giving away the gift cards," as you just stated. I did not peruse all of the posts, but I'm willing to bet two years of my salary that you cannot find one. Why would you care? If you could prove that they were doing any of those things for remuneration, the OIG would reward you, handsomely. In essence, none of that matters. Why are you hell bent on hoping they fail? Their product has shown some benefit in reducing LDL-C, and I'm sure that when you combine their agent with a statin and PCSK9-i, there are significant cardioprotective benefits. Anything that draws more attention to reducing heart disease, cardiac hospitalizations, and cardiovascular deaths is a positive. Unfortunately, you're coming at this from an irrational and emotional angle. What's your means to an end? None of what you have stated is impressive or influential.

You've got to leave the trailer trash poster boy alone! Don't you know that he's upset that he didnt get hired? He was an over-paid, under-performing rep at another company and thought he had it made at Esperion! Usually you hear of bitter older people. Well, here's a bitter Millenial-with a lot to learn. And he knows Alan! He promised us a big announcement of layofff on Friday. Of course, nothing happened. He's posted for months about how unfairly he was treated during the interview process. After months of posting, everyone can now see why he didn't get the job. But, he is applying for an opening at Valiant. And he'll be back to ask us why the stock price hasn't gone up, and to talk about CB.

The fact of the matter is Esperion employees are on this board talking about working outside of common business practice. Not a good reflection of integrity..also the angry poster on here telling everyone their trailer trash also isn't a good reflection of how a proper employee conducts himself. Maybe somebody made a mistake in the hire. He's absolutely obsessed with this guy they call Trailer Boy. God help us if this nut losses his cool at a meeting . Were going to have our hands full enough moving this drug.

I'm doing my job ACE if it keeps you obsessed and occupied the entire day. How many scripts are you bringing in per week?? Is your RD proud of you? Has he investigated your rankings and quota busting at last job?? Do you have a relative on the board that pulled some strings. I know more about your company than you do. You'll be on the outside looking in soon enough.Take a drive down to unemployment office to make sure you know proper upcoming steps.
