y'sll can hate on our company all you want. Only thing is, when you fill in the details of any sales force, expansion, pay, bonus structure, you are only helping the leeches out there with paid for competitive monitoring project. This one is for wound care market. Do not even doubt for a second that OP is quite possibly on contract in this market and feeling heat to fill in their report. If not you can count on the leeches reading these posts looking to peace together the puzzle- they get PAID to do to produce research reports! Enough with the pretending to be sincere needy job seekers "unfamiliar with the market space..." full of it and full of themselves....beware of the parasite lazy unqualified users.

What the F*&K are you talking about?

D'Orta and the board need to get rid of more members of the Executive and Management team for anything to begin getting better.

Too many managers and supervisors doing what is expedient to save their own backsides / avoid dealing with the root causes of systemic issues and not enough managers brave enough to actually take ownership. Corporate HR Manager is especially cowardly.

Let's cut to the chase. Good product, terrible managment. They way they are running this company is a shame. They have ongoing issues with production, inaccurate commision calculations, and they don't pay their reps. It's like nothing I've ever seen before. Only 8 Reps out of 90 scheduled to make over $115K for 2012. Those are #'s directly from the corporate office, not mine. AND no car allowance, no cell phone reimbursment. Maybe that's why the turnover is so high? Some of the most seasoned/knowledgable Reps in the biologic market have come on board b/c of big company promises and then run for the hills 6-9 months after being hired. These are the facts. What a shame.

Nothing has really changed here. Sure they've changed the VP of Sales, but that hasn't changed the culture. They are super PIP happy and have been for the last year or so. Having to hire inexperienced medical & B2B reps because they've burned through the good/experienced ones. Still no clinical data. They missed a big reimbursement renewal for wound care. Still have 6 mo turn over. Most reps (85-90%) are lucky to make 65K-75K. And that requires serious hustle. The wound care space is experiencing graft fatigue in general, but that's not where you make your money. Big inpatient wound cases or hernia (saturated market) is where you have to spend your time chasing cases to make your money...

Any updates on Acell. I heard they are doing another expansion in sales. What's the typical base? Expenses? Car allowance? Commission rate? Saying they only make 65k-75k is very low, so that can't be right? I'm currently interviewing with them so any insight would be great.
