I got an offer from Seagen with some sign-on and RSU before the merger news. I am wondering if I should still join to receive them as well as a potential severance package
Blame the guy for seeking help for depression after suffering from a stroke. Since the guy Oz supported for president was so fit to serve right? Keep believing the CEOs lie about the ‘goose’ and retaining ‘talent.’ See how it all pans out for ya around September/October of this year. HahaAnd now Fetterwoman is MIA. So much for being fit to serve. Can’t blame the ceo for contributing to the doctor.

From my experience, a change of control generally triggers an automatic vesting of all outstanding shares a person may own. Depending on the nature of the deal, that price would likely be the agreed upon deal price. Those details are usually found in the employment agreement or in one of the documents you received with your RSUs.
Different functions received different amounts in their retention letter. Some functions got about less than 1/3 of their base while a some got 100% of their base.Can you expand on that? What happened?

How much severance does Pfizer usually pay? Do they pay for COBRA or do you have to? Does anyone know?
