All of the top reps have left because when the pete-bob show came in they made a ton of promises they never fulfilled. Most of us gave it a good run and gave them the benefit of the doubt but at the end of the day they were taking the company nowhere and better opportunities came along that allowed us to make more money and focus more on the patient. Agendia was a great company and still has far superior science but the board has no experience in biotech/science, leadership is terrible and they have no idea how to commercialize what can be a great product. With the exception of a few people, Agendia is a one and done company for most people's resumes

PeteBob are terrible. They screwed up at Verus, Cypress, Genoptix, and now they will run commercial to the ground at this company as well. If you don't believe me then look them up for yourself. Go to Genotpix and look up PeteBob and you will see what I'm talking about. We are fucked.
 








This place is a S..T Show! Never go there. Horrific company culture, PIP plans where they screw really good reps - don't let it be a stain on your resume. Unemployment is better than working there. This is a one and done company - all Sr Mgmt, Dir of Sales and RSDs love micro managing reps - no one could work under those extreme conditions.
