Maybe Burt should listen to some basic Leadership videos how to get people to perform for you...by making them feel safe and not have to do "CYA" exercises to save them FROM the leadership! Its simple, dummies, take care of your people and they will WANT to take care of the business. OH thats right, Burt hasn't made it through High school yet !

From what I understand everything posted thus far is a lightyear from fact. Mist ran out of money at the owners death. Nothing more nothing less. As for Tirosint , IBSA purchased the product back and the money went to the original investors. It's that simple. IBSA is now hiring former reps. I received a call from RJ who is now a manager with IBSA last week for a formal interview. If you were a solid performer , you may also get a call . As for Mist they are now at this moment, forming an entirely new sales force from scratch to launch a new non addictive pain formulation. From my understanding they are reaching out to quality reps that were let go in May. Take it for what it's worth, I heard it straight from the goats mouth. As for all the bashing there were solid managers and reps at mist. I can speak for the west coast , all good people and I know he spoke highly of his peers including that tall big guy in ny , Jeremy, J or something as well as other managers. He despised the upper management.

As for all the bashing of who knew what and when they knew it ,no one knew anything until the conference call except corporate upper management. It threw everyone for a whirlwind including field managers.
