Agree. Annette has questioned their utility quite a few times. She is considering moving the HEOR TA teams directly under access marketing. Eliminating the VP & ED positions. Streamlining teams.

HEOR and medical are disasters. Arrogant and completely unaware of the landscape. CAR T is in a bigger loophole with 270bio, a company that came up with Abecma and other mediocre drugs. HEOR for CART is arrogant, dominating and inexperienced. Medical is worse. All talk and no substance.

Why are you blaming CAR T on Med & HEOR? Commercial & R&D made decisions on these acquisitions. Access cow towed to them. Here we are. Expensive clunkers with not profitable routes. Sell CART now. And throw in Lynelle for free.
