Any Timeline Updates for MS Division Interviews

If this is sanofi, that means big pharma.. I don't know if I can do big pharma again..
Bottom-line are people happy there....got a recruiter calling me...I just feel that Terfludamide and lemtrada are flawed meds that have niche market appeal...i also hear that sanofi is. Very involved mico managing

Salary? Culture? What is it like actually working for this company in the MS division? I currently work for a real POS company that wants hard closes on EVERY call, messaging, branding and very little consultive selling and, worse, manager rides three to four times a month!!! Yes, you heard that right. There is one manager for every 8 to 10 reps. I want some straight answers here. I get that all these companies can be crazy and risky but I would like to work for a place that actually puts the patient first and lets the person they hired do their job without a lot of micromanagement. Thanks.

Interviews are next week in Boston. Quick question will reps be an employee of Genzyme or are they officially operating together and reps will be Sanofi employees? I heard they were still operating as separate entities...

Had F2F and feel like I blew it. Feedback was nearly nonexistent thru entire interview. Had internal candidates and said he was only looking outside to find a rockstar. No STAR format, no tell me about a time, no wanting to see awards. Not sure what that was all about other than the manager had made up his mind before I ever walked in the door.

I go next week. For what part of country did you interview?

Well, my area of the country is done - so my answer to your question is pointless. If I were you, I would study MS, know their products and other treatments, know buy and bill, know how to sell and prove you can sell a very expensive product for a rare disease, prove you are a hunter and can get to the decision maker and handle payment pull-through. That is the best advice I can give you. You may want to have a few items from your brag book that can simply prove the above. Most of their saleforce has MS experience or comes from RA infusion sales background.

Thank you for your feedback. Things happen for a reason so don't feel bad you didn't get it. I do have MS experience but I'm not 100% convinced I want to join them. I have many questions for them. This drug is going to be a hard sell. It's also going to be more expensive. It's a risk.

Especially since a researcher is explaining he has found a cure by taken a persons own T cells and stopping the attack on the nerve covering.

I have 10 years of successful med device sales. Awards etc.. No MS experience wondering what my chances are? I have no doubt I would be successful just need to get in door.
I have a friend in the company recommending me. Thought?
