I am placing the blame where it really belongs, with the SALES REPS. Nuff said, GW SALES REPS SUCK. GW Sales Reps could not sell water to bedouins with a $0 buy down card costing the bedouins nothing.

OK, bubba, slow down to your normal Bristol pace. There is PLENTY of blame to go around the entire organization. It starts with the fat ass CEO who thought he could bluff his way to riches. Why was no chapter 4 filed years ago which would have given the time needed to establish Zyclara? Lets remember that last February, his failure led to the generic entry that killed the golden goose.

Shall I continue to list the incompetent staff he put into important positions that are relatives or family friends?

There are issues in Exton as well as the field, too. However, since the sales of Zyclara are growing to the level requested by management, who gets the credit? Oh, it must be the Bristol folks praying for a miracle not the reps.

Be an adult and accept your role in the fiasco. This little ship needs to be sunk so it can at least serve as an artificial reef.

hey bubba boy, less than 10 reps are impacting the market with Zyclara and getting those magical numbers for Graceway. However, to expand on your dumbness, management has requested 3000 scripts/week and we have not come close to that. So, really no one gets credit do they or should they! My suggestion for you is to repeat after me: I am not a victim, I am an adult, I will work, I will not make excuses nor blame someone else for my failures.

I am not a victim and I do work my ass off for this shameful outfit. I am one of the top reps. What are you doing to grow sales or fix this mess? Putting together the plan for Chapter 11? Maybe the best you can offer is to quit and cut overhead.

No rep, no matter how skilled, can overcome the mess started by Bristol. Eat that Bubba. Say, "I'm a bubba and I am as much to blame as anyone else. I have no idea of how to fix it so I quit."
 
The passengers that were left on the Titanic after the wealthiest floated away on the available life boats started fighting amongst each other. Even while the ship was going down, survivors recount passengers literally exchanging blows to gain access to the part of the ship that was not yet under water.

This is a real life lesson for all of you still at Graceway. You are all on the same sinking ship. Instead of spewing venom at each other, why not start networking with your counterparts to come up with a plan to make your own liferafts. I have told you all already the sinking of the U.S.S. Graceway is inevitable, concentrate your efforts on the next stage of your professional career.

Hi Victim! You are NOT in the TOP 10 nor the TOP half of the company. You most likely fall between 60 and the bottom. That's OK b/c that's who you are. However, nice try and trying to fool me, I guess that is how you landed your job. You are very ANGRY and one dimensional!

Respected Economist, Brian Head, with the SBA Office of Advocacy, noted that "as a general rule of thumb, new employer businesses have a 50/50 chance of surviving for five years or more." Looks like GW is in the bottom 50% at the five year mark.

What is your next move Mr. Angry Victim???
