im on my third interview for a Spec. Account Manager position in Atlanta and just learned that I would have my same manager from Avanir I think I have the job

that should be enough to keep most people away. And a number of
Managers are joining from IC Therapeutics where their launch has been anything but a success. Minor league talent in leadership ranks. Good luck!

monthly car allowance will be ?
Also will they provide gas cards
or will reps have to pay for their own gas

$800-$900 for auto a month no gas card

If you’re on this thread I assume you are considering this startup. I have really appreciated the honesty of the interview process. I’m on east coast and lots on ITC ppl interviewing even though they are coming out with bipolar indication. They must know something despite the hype.
I have never joined a start up company but have 20 years experience in psychiatry. I know it can be risky but so can any other company. The pipeline seems pretty robust so that feels like job security. Any thoughts? I assume territories will be big since they are only hiring a limited amount of people. And that salary send excessive but awesome. Can anyone verify the salary?

The ITC people jumping to Axsome are running away from a failing territory or chasing the higher salary. ITC will either blow up or get bought after BPD is approved.

You must be coming from big pharma with massive sales force. Territories here won’t be all that large. Salary has pretty wide range depending on experience and how bad hiring Mgr feels like they need you. So best advice is to bring your A game to interviews and see how well you can sell your services.

you must be new to this - pharma co's put their sales forces in place before PDUFA date all the time, especially when they have high confidence of approval.

As a new RBD coming on board my stock options were a big part of my decision. Any thoughts on how high this will go upon approval in 3 weeks?
