Every respectable medical device company worth their weight gives raises/promotions as needed. It's ridiculous that if you have an employee who is up for a promotion/a raise, that you have to make them wait until "the next go round" because the company is too cheap to pay them at the time they have earned a promotion/raise. Get with the times and stop making excuses for yet another of your shortfalls.
It's all about me. me me me me me. The company definitely provides raises and promotions to those that are working hard and deserve it. They don't provide to people who have a sense of entitlement and think they deserve one because they showed up to work today.

you are implying that Applied gives raises and they don't! I've been here for over 2 years and have not seen a raise yet. My colleagues have not received anything neither. Please stop posting lies about Applies Medical to make them appear like an honest/good company to work for. And before you accuse me of not being a good rep or not hitting quota, try again. I have won 4 quota buster awards in that timeframe. I don't care though because I hope to be out of here by August. Luckily for me it's the summer and I can golf/fish/party on Said's dime! Him and my manager are too stupid/clueless to know any better! Thanks for the free paycheck suckers!
