There isn't a VP of Sales right now - RJ was moved to a different job. 3 directors remain

annnnnnnd another mass exodus will begin with the new comp plan that was rolled out this week - lots of positions being moved round trying to save face and income....

Everyone who can find a better job IS leaving....the ship is sinking fast. How many people have left since that shitty sales meeting in Jan? and then the recent Crown news....if you do not have a retention bonus get out!

agreed. most reps are interviewing and trying to get out. mangers have gone silent probably bc they are interviewing also.
