Better get on the Gibbs Metrics Train...

Played golf today and was able to meet the Gibbs metrics at the same time. This type of time management makes it a great day.

Played again today, had 2 birdies and still met the metrics from the course. Guess what, another sunovion employee from managed care joined me. Don’t be jealous that you haven’t figured out how to game the system it’s not a good look for you.

Hey dummy there is a virtual NSM all this week. Gotta come up with a better lie next time.

Hasn’t been called managed care in 7 years. Why would anyone that doesn’t work here anymore waste there time still post on Sunovions cafe Pharma site?

Loser... move on. You probably sucked and got fired. Get over it. Move on.

Ok so Gibbs is a tool but he only pulled through the plan that Japan hired him to execute. Let’s face it, the Latuda glory days are long gone and having a hospital team running around doing well not much of anything was wasting company revenue. As far as Aptiom there were way too many reps for such a product also in its final phase of existence. You had way too many dead wood mediocre reps putting a strain on company revenue. Look nobody likes pharma layoffs but in this case these cuts were long over due. Aside from a handful of good performing reps, most reps who were cut needed to go based on years of mediocre performance and some cases several years of underperforming.
